This is healthy and light pasta dish. Onion and bell peppers that added to cook with pasta, they enhance sweetness and fragrance of this dish. It is very appetizing too as colorful bell peppers have added to cook with the pasta.
This is an easy to cook dish as salmon is microwave grilled.


Ingredients :
Organic Wheat Penne Macaroni – 50 grams
Salmon : 230 grams
Bell peppers (Red, Green & Yellow) -(cut into small pieces)
Onions – (cut into small pieces)
Few pieces of lettuce
Dressing & condiments:
Extra virgin Olive oil
Black pepper
Parsley flakes

Cooking steps :
(1.) Cook macaroni in boiling water with 1/2 tsp of salt, when it is cooked, drain water and Set aside.

(2.) Put salmon in a casserole, sprinkle with olive oil, a pinch of salt and black pepper (to taste). Microwave grill each side for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Transfer to plate with lettuce.

(3.) Heat up pan with 1 tbsp. of olive oil, stir fry onion until fragrant, add in bell pepper, sprinkle salt, black pepper (to taste). Add in cooked macaroni and stir fry and mix all ingredients. Transfer Macaroni to plate with salmon, sprinkle with parsley flakes.

Baked Beef Penne with Mozzarella Cheese Recipe

Hi Friend, like to share with You this beautifully baked beef penne with Mozzarella cheese. There are prepared with minced beef, colorful and appetizing bell peppers, onions, honey tomatoes. These ingredients are stir fry with sweet and sour tomato sauce.

Beef Penne sprinkled with Mozzarella cheese in between give a layered fragrant tasting experience. As You savor the crisp and sticky mozzarella with juicy beef and delicious stir fry Penne, the combination of fragrant flavors is a treat to taste buds.


Ingredients :
– Organic Wheat Penne Macaroni : 120 grams
– Minced beef : 120 grams
– 2 Onions : (diced)
– Bell peppers (Red, Yellow and Green) :(diced)
– 10 Honey tomatoes: cut into half
– Tomato sauce : 6 tbsp.
– Chili sauce : 3 tbsp.
– Shredded Mozzarella cheese 200 grams
– Extra virgin olive oil : 3 tbsp.
– Salt (to taste)
– Black pepper (to taste)

Cooking Procedures :
(1) Boil Penne Macaroni for 25 minutes or until it is cooked. Set aside.

(2) Preheat oven at 200 degree C.

(3) Heat up 3 tbsp. of olive oil, sauté onions, add in minced beef, bell peppers, tomato and chili sauces, stir fry and mix all ingredients.


(4) Stir in Macaroni, honey tomatoes and salt to taste, mix all ingredients until macaroni is coated with sauces.


(5) Greased baking dish, layer half of the fried ingredients, sprinkle black pepper and half of the Mozzarella cheese, then layer the remaining half of the fried ingredients on top, again sprinkle black pepper and the remaining Mozzarella cheese.


(6) Baked at 200 degree C for 25 minutes or until preferred browning.

Korma Chicken Recipe
I savor the flavor of Korma chicken cooked with Korma Mix. Ingredients of Korma Mix are Coriander, Cumin, Fennel, Pepper, White Pepper, Cloves, Star Anise and Cinnamon.

Korma Chicken is spicy but not hot as no chilli paste is added to the dish. I like its fragrance which is different from what I normally cook such as curry chicken, chilli chicken or rendang chicken.


Recipe of Korma Chicken
Ingredients :
• Chicken thigh (Skinless and Boneless) : 500 grams (cut into bite sizes)
• 2 potatoes : (Cut into bite size)
• Cherry Tomato (or 2 tomatoes cut in pieces)
• 2 Onion (sliced)
• Korma Mix : 5 tbsp.
• Garlic : 50 grams
• Ginger : 50 grams
• Few curry leaves
• Coconut powder : 3 tbsp. (or 1 cup of full cream milk )
• Cooking oil : 1/2 cup
• Water : 2 cups
• Salt (to taste)

Method :

1. Boil cut potatoes until cooked. Drain well and set aside.

2. With water half cover garlic and ginger, blend into paste.

3. Heat up ½ cup of oil in pot, add in blended garlic and ginger paste, few curry leaves and Onion, stir fry until fragrant.

4. Add in chicken meat, Korma Mix, a pinch of salt and a cup of water, stir fry and mix all ingredients.

5. Next, add in cooked potatoes, cherry tomatoes and another cup of water, stir in coconut powder, stir and mix well.

6. Lower the heat, simmer for 10 minutes until chicken meat is cooked and tender.

Hello friends, it is a joy to share with you mini custard puffs, a yummy dessert I like to bake for my family. This dessert is good for gatherings and parties etc..

It is soft, fluffy with custard fragrance that is a savory delight.
To have a successful puff pastry, precise measurement of ingredients is needed. Beaten egg is slowly added to the flour mixture until it reaches the right consistency.


Ingredients for Puff Pastry :
– Margarine : 60 grams
– Water : 100 ml
– Plain flour : 60 grams
– 1 beaten egg

Making the Puff Pastry :
(1.1) In a pan, melt butter in water, when butter dissolves completely, turn to low heat, add in flour, mix well.

(1.2) Remove the pan from heat, gradually add in beaten egg, mix them well until the dough slowly drops from the mixer.

(1.3) In a baking dish, use a decorating tube, squeeze out the dough into a diameter of 4cm. Bake in preheated oven for 220 C for 30 minutes or until the puffs turn golden brown.
(Note : Baking time vary with the type of device used)

Ingredients for custard cream :
– 2 tbsp. of Custard Powder
– 300 ml of fresh milk
– 1 tbsp. of sugar

Making the Custard Cream :

(2.1) Mix 2 tbsp. of custard powder to 100 ml of fresh milk.
(2.2) Heat up remaining fresh milk and sugar together. When sugar dissolve, add the mixture of fresh milk and custard powder. Constantly stir the mixture until it is thicken to the right consistency.

3. Ready to savor yummy Mini Custard Puffs :

When baking of puffs pastry is done, let the puffs cool down, make a cut at 1/3 from the top, fill with custard cream and sprinkle icing sugar on top of the custard puff.
