Baked Salmon Recipe

Hello Friends, like to share with you this healthy and tasty baked salmon, sides with mushrooms, broccoli and honey cherry tomatoes. Extra virgin olive oil is used for baking and frying this dish.

The 3 types of mushrooms cooked as side dish are Maitake mushroom, White and Brown Bunashimeji mushrooms. Beside their nutritional value, they are lots of health benefits that good for the body.

Ingredients :
– Salmon steak
– Maitake Mushroom
– White and Brown Bunashimeji Mushrooms
– Broccoli : (florets)
– Honey cherry tomatoes
– 4 cloves of garlic : (slice or mince as you preferred)
– Extra Virgin Olive Oil
– Black Pepper
– Salt and seasoning to taste
– Parsley flakes

Method of Cooking :

(1) Baked Salmon steak:

(1.1) Marinate salmon with salt and black pepper for 20 minutes

(1.2) Place salmon in aluminum foil, sprinkle with olive oil.


(1.3) oven baked at 300 degree C for 25 minutes or until desired browning. Set aside in a plate.

(2) : Stir fry mushrooms :


(2.1) Trim the bases of Maitake, white and brown Bunashimeji Mushrooms before use.

(2.2) Heat up pan with 2 table spoons of olive oil, sauté garlic until fragrant, add in all the mushroom, stir fry quickly for about 1-2 minutes, sprinkle black pepper, salt and seasoning to taste.


(3) Baked broccoli and honey cherry tomatoes :


(3.1) Place broccoli in a baking tray, sprinkle some salt, black pepper and olive oil, oven baked at 300 degree C for 15 minutes or until desire browning.

(3.2) Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
