Black Pepper Spring Chicken Recipe

Hello Friends, glad to share with You aromatic and flavorful roast spring chicken with my home-made black pepper sauce.
This dish is very easy to prepare and cook. I have all the ingredients placed in a cooker. You will be able to savor this dish within an hour.


Ingredients :
– One spring chicken
– Few potatoes : (cut into bite size)
– Broccoli : (cut into florets)
– Cherry tomatoes
– Olive oil
– Black pepper powder
– Black pepper corn : 1 tbsp.
– Salt

Black Pepper Sauce’s ingredients :
– Oyster sauce : 3 tbsp.
– Sesame oil : 2 tbsp.
– Light soy : 1 tbsp.
– Rice wine : 2 tbsp.
– Black pepper : 3 tbsp.
– Black pepper corn : 1 tbsp.
– Raw cane sugar : 1 tbsp.
– Tapioca flour : 1 tsp.
– Water : 150 ml


Method :
(1) Black pepper sauce : Add all ingredients for black pepper sauce in a bowl, mix well. Cook sauce mixture in a sauce pan until it is thickens, set aside.

(2) Marinate whole chicken with salt. Inside the chicken stomach, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and black pepper corn. Set aside for 15 minutes.

(3) Place chicken and cut potato in cooker (Go-Chef Cooker), sprinkle with olive oil, roast at 200ยบ C for 40 minutes.

(4) After 40 minutes, glaze the whole chicken with black pepper sauce, add in veggies, sprinkle veggies with olive oil and salt, continue to roast for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked and tender.
