Plating for Braised Ox Tail
- Fresh Ox Tail : 400 grams
- Cinnamon : 1 stick
- Star Aniseed : 2 pieces
- Garlic : 1 whole piece
- Ginger : 20 grams
- Black Pepper : 1 tbsp.
- Dark Soy Sauce : 3 tbsp.
- Water : 250 ml
- Corn flour : 2 tbsp. mix with water (for sauces)
Simple Cooking Method :
(1) Put all the ingredients with 250 ml of water in a slow cooker and cook at “High” for at least 5 hours.
(2) Sauce : Drain sauce into a pan and bring to boil. Stir in corn flour mixture to the sauce. Continue to stir until it reaches the right consistency.
