Healthy and Flavorful Fruits Plate for Breakfast

Fruits are my daily diet. Mostly have them for breakfast or before lunch.

The fruits are very fresh and have a distinct fragrance and flavor. They are  delicious and nourishing, rich in vitamins and minerals.
