(1) SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE :
– Tomato sauce : 3 tbsp.
– Chili sauce : 2 tbsp.
– Rice Vinegar : 3 tbsp.
– Cane sugar : 1 tbsp.
– 5 garlic (crush)
– Ginger : 5 slices
– Pineapple cube (canned)
– Cherry tomatoes
– 150 ml water
– Cooking oil : 2 tbsp.
Cooking Sweet and Sour Sauce :
(1.1) Heat up wok with 2 tbsp. of cooking oil, fry garlic ginger until fragrant, discard the ginger and garlic.
(1.2) Stir in tomatoes, pineapple cubes, tomato sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, cane sugar and water, stir fry and mix all the ingredients.
(1.3) Set aside the sauce in wok after it has boiled.
(2) FRIED PORK CHUNKS :
-Lean pork : 300 grams (cut into small chunks)
– Potato starch : 100 grams (enough to coat the meat)
– Cooking oil : enough for deep fry
Pork chunks marinades :
– Oyster sauce : 1 tbsp
– black pepper
– 1 beaten egg
Frying the pork chunks :
(2.1) Marinate pork chunks with oyster sauce, black pepper and beaten egg for 15 minutes.
(2.2) Coated pork chunks with potato starch, deep fry until golden brown.
(2.3) Return the fried pork chunks to the sweet and sour sauce, Mix well until meat is evenly coated with sweet and sour sauce. Ready to serve.
