Fried Ti Wan Cai Recipe

“Ti Wan” in Mandarin means Emperor, while “Cai” means Vegetable. I often quick stir fry Ti Wan Cai or cook them in chicken or pork ribs soup.

Ti Wan Cai has its own unique fragrance and flavor. Quick stir fry is to enhance its natural flavor, crunchiness and nourishment.

Unless I need some gravy for the dish, the vegetables are cooked without adding stock or water. Instead, they are cooked with their natural moisture contained in them.
