Grilled Cherry Tomatoes and Potatoes with Olive Oil Recipe
Friends, delighted to share easy to prepare and tasty grilled vegetables packed with health benefits. Healthy olive oil, salt, black pepper and parsley flakes are added to bring out the fragrant taste of ingredients.
– A box of Honey Cherry Tomato
– 4 Potatoes
– Extra Virgin Olive oil
– Black pepper
– Parsley flakes
Simple steps of cooking this dish :
(1) Cut potatoes into big pieces; cook them in salted boiling water. Once they are cooked, drain water and place them in grilling dish. (This is done so that grilling them with tomatoes would require shorter time. The Potatoes would also have a more crispy outer texture which are savory.)
(2) Add in honey cherry tomatoes, sprinkle with salt, black pepper, parsley flakes and few table spoons of olive oil, mix well.
(3) Grill at 250º C for 25 minutes or until preferred browning.
