– Canned Pineapple cubes and rings
– Sweetened Red Cherries
– Lemon juice
-Parsley (for garnishing)
(1) Steam lobster for 20 minutes until the meat is cooked and tender.
(2) After steaming, remove lobster head and tail; place it back onto the plate.
(3) Remove lobster meat from the shell, slice lobster meat into a few sections, fill the lobster meat in between the head and tail on the plate.
(4) Dress with mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon juice.
(5) Arrange this lobster salad with sweet and sour pineapple cubes and red cherries around the edge of the plate. Garnish with parsley and enjoy this lobster salad dish.
