Olive Rice Recipes

Share with you this easy and fast to cook Olive Rice and Turmeric Chicken set meal Recipe. This recipe is very healthy as the olive rice is cooked in rice cooker with just 2 table spoons of Extra Virgin Olive oil. The olive oil provides a delicious flavor to the rice and all the ingredients that are cooked in it.

The marinated chicken meat is oven-grilled to enhance the flavor of turmeric. The chicken meat is very tasty, tender and juicy after grilled.


Olive Oil Rice Recipe (3 servings)
Ingredients :
– Extra Virgin Olive oil : 2 tbsp.
– White Rice : 250 grams
– Water : 250 grams
– 10 Seedless black Olive (cut into rings)
– Mixed vegetables : 100 grams
– Salt (to taste)
– Parsley flakes for garnishing.

Simple method :
1. Wash rice and drain well, add in water, 2 tbsp. of olive oil, black olive rings, mixed vegetables and salt to taste. Cook the rice in rice cooker.

2. My rice cooker plays music when rice is fully cooked. When Music Plays from Rice cooker, fragrant and delicious.  Olive Rice is ready to serve, garnished with parsley flakes .

Turmeric Chicken Recipe :

Ingredients : Chicken piece, Turmeric powder and salt.

Simple method:
1. Marinate chicken piece with Turmeric powder and salt for half an hour.
2. In an oven, pre-heat the grilling tray for 5 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
3. In pre-heated grilling tray, cover the chicken meat with aluminum foil, grill at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
4. After 20 minutes, remove the aluminum foil, continue to grill  chicken meat for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
