Fragrant Curry Chilies Stuffed With Fish Paste Recipe

My family and I are chili lovers. For this recipe, Red and Green Chilies are stuffed with fish paste, and then cooked with curry paste and coconut milk.

This beauty of this dish is that it has an aroma and fragrance together with the spiciness from the chili and curry. It is a wonderful taste sensation. The coconut milk in the curry adds a yummy fragrance to my taste buds. This blend of tastes is strong, fragrant and flavorful.


– 6 green chilies
– 6 red chilies
– 400 grams of fish paste
– Cooking oil
Curry Sauce Ingredients :
– 60 grams curry paste’
– 1 to 2 tbsp chili paste
– 200 gram thick coconut milk (1 packet)
– 200 gram of water (using the same coconut milk packet)
– Cooking oil
– 1/2 tsp of seasoning to taste

Cooking method:

1. Remove seeds from chilies. Stuff chilies with fish paste.

2. Heat up pan with 3 tbsp. of cooking oil. Fry chilies with fish paste facing down. Turn when fish `paste becomes brown. Fry the other side. Set aside.


Cooking Curry Sauce :

1. Heat up pan with about 6 tbsp. of cooking oil, add in curry paste and chili paste, fry until fragrant and chili oil is formed.

2. Add in coconut milk, mix well then add water. Add in seasoning to taste. (Note: You can adjust the volume of water to get the desired gravy thickness.)

3. When gravy boils, return the chilies to the pan. Cover chilies with curry sauce and simmer for 2 minutes or until the sauce boils again. Ready to serve.

– Mixed vegetables : 100 grams
– Salt (to taste)
– Parsley flakes for garnishing.

Simple method :
1. Wash rice and drain well, add in water, 2 tbsp. of olive oil, black olive rings, mixed vegetables and salt to taste. Cook the rice in rice cooker.

2. My rice cooker plays music when rice is fully cooked. When Music Plays from Rice cooker, fragrant and delicious.  Olive Rice is ready to serve, garnished with parsley flakes .

Turmeric Chicken Recipe :

Ingredients : Chicken piece, Turmeric powder and salt.

Simple method:
1. Marinate chicken piece with Turmeric powder and salt for half an hour.
2. In an oven, pre-heat the grilling tray for 5 minutes at 180 degree Celsius.
3. In pre-heated grilling tray, cover the chicken meat with aluminum foil, grill at 180 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
4. After 20 minutes, remove the aluminum foil, continue to grill  chicken meat for 5 minutes or until golden brown.

Ingredients :

Garlic sprout (cut into small sections)
Cherry tomatoes
Minced smoked garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Light soy sauce
Black pepper
Parsley flakes
Note: Quantity of ingredients to be added as you prefer.

Simple way of cooking :
(1) Marinate salmon with some salt and black pepper, set aside.

(2) Heat up 2 table spoons extra virgin olive oil, sauté minced garlic until fragrant, stir in garlic sprout and cherry tomatoes, sprinkle light soy sauce and black pepper, stir fry until the garlic sprout is cooked but crunchy. Set aside on a plate.


(3) With the same pan, heat up 2 table spoon of olive oil, fry salmon until brown.


(4) Before serving, garnish with parsley flakes.
