Panko Pork Cutlets With Potato Curry and Baked Veggies Recipe

(1) PANKO PORK CUTLETS
– Pork loin boneless
– Panko breadcrumbs
– Olive oil
– Black pepper
Cooking this dish :
(1.1) Cut pork meat into 1 cm in thickness, marinated with olive oil, salt and black pepper.
(1.2) Add olive oil, salt and black pepper to panko breadcrumbs, mix well, bake in oven at 250º C for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
(1.3) Greased grilling dish with olive oil. Coat marinated pork slices with baked panko and place them in grilling dish.
(1.4) Grill at 250º C for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Delicious Panko Pork Cutlets are ready with fragrant, crispy outer layer and tender meat inside.
(2) POTATO CURRY :
Japanese Curry Recipe
– Japanese Curry Sauce Mix : 120 grams (1/2 packet)
– Potato : cut into cubes
– Mixed vegetables (carrot, corn and peas) : 150 grams
– Water : 800 ml
Simple Way :
(2.1) Cut the potatoes into cubes, boil and cook through, set aside.
(2.2) Bring 800 ml of water to boil, add in Japanese Curry Sauce Mix, stir constantly until the curry mix completely melts and sauce thickens, add in potato and mixed vegetables, stir and mix evenly. Simmer for 2 minutes or until the sauce boils.
– Broccoli : cut into florets
– 30 Cherry tomatoes
– Extra virgin Olive oil
– Black pepper
Baking veggies : Place broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes in a baking tray, sprinkle olive oil, salt and black pepper, mix well. Bake in oven at 200º C for 20 minutes or until preferred browning.
